I just got a call from a family in the ward. It seems that the weather is too much for church to be held. Something about wind and below zero temperatures.
All the boys were dressed and ready to go. I had just put my dress on and was nearly ready. You should have seen the looks on the boys faces when I told them there was no church today. I sure wish I had taken a picture. They were devastated. Truly devastated and then they jumped for joy and did some victory dance and cheer about church being canceled. You've never seen four boys strip to their BVD's and back into pj's faster. It seems I'm the only one taking it hard. I hope we get to have the scheduled Christmas Sunday next week.
