Kjel decided that this summer would be the one where we finally put inn the patio. It was a TON of hard work. Kjel started the project while we were gone to Utah. When we got back we all put some blood, sweat and tears into the process.
Anna did a rock taste test. Don't want any of those nasty rocks in our patio.

We actually wore this kid out. It's not easy to use up all his energy but we did it!
Matthias did some scientific testing on the rocks.
This was a several day project. Matthias and Anna loved playing in Daddy's sandbox.
When you've got a large pile or rocks and boys you're bound to have some fun!
