Yesterday the calendar celebrated Kjel and I's 14th wedding anniversary. I think Kjel kissed me goodbye before he left for work but then the day deposited itself at our door and we didn't mention it again until late that evening. It was a wonderful day just not much of a anniversary celebration. Anthony ended up with an ear infection which later exploded, Kjel stayed late at work and then came home to work and then left for church meetings. On the brighter side the kids went with my parents to the lake, I took a nap and Katelin brought us this most delicious meal for dinner so... I won't complain because life is sweet!
This evening my parents have offered to watch the kids so Kjel and I can spend some time together. We, of course, will be taking them up on that offer!!
